The Stationary Swimmer Ankle Strap comes with three pieces, one for each ankle, and a stretchy elastic rope that connects to one ankle, can be looped around an anchor, and then attached to your other ankle. Unstretched and measured in half (as if it is looped around something and attached to both ankles) it measures 68 inches. Stretched it measures approximately 100 inches.
