Biodiesel Processor

Description

Biodiesel processor for sale.  Very nice condition.  Everything you need to produce your own biodiesel from WVO (waste vegetable oil).  Set includes a 225 tote to store your WVO, has a pump hooked up to the tote which pumps it thru a filter into the heating drum.  The heating drum circulates the oil while heating the oil which lessens the time to heat the oil, once heated to the proper temperature you flip the valve at the bottom to transfer the oil to the 80 gallon processing tank.  While the oil is circulating in the main tank, the methanol/potassium hydroxide mixture is then slowly introduced to the oil in the main tank (which is kept warm by an inline heater).  Once the process is complete, you drain off the glycerin layer and transfer the raw biodiesel into the Ion exchange tanks which take out any excess water and then pumped into the finished biodiesel storage cone tank and allowed to settle out any residual glycerin and then drained into the final storage tank which has a pump and nozzle to pump into your diesel powered vehicle.
Everything you need to produce your own biodiesel from start to finish. This setup has served me well.
